BREWERS AND BEER ELIGIBILITY
Brewer eligibility
Only non-commercial brewers (“home/hobby-brewers“) and/or their groups can participate in the Competition.
The brewer must be not younger than 20 years old.
Beer eligibility
The beer for the Competition shall be brewed (made) by the participant personally, or as a group (for groups of participants). There are no limitations for beer styles and ABV.
The competing beers must be registered at the system of the Cup no later than 16th April, 2018. The participants shall pay a registration fee of 3 EUR for each beer they provide for the Competition. Fee must be payed not later than the 23rd April, 2018.
BEER PACKING AND QUANTITIES
Containers:
0.5-0.568 litre bottles -max. diameter 70 mm, height 270 mm or 0.33 litre bottles.
Quantity:
At least in three but not more than four 0.5-0.568 litre bottles, or at least in six but no more than eight 0.33 litre bottles.
Labelling: labels from the Competition Registration system. There shall be no other labels or markings.
BEER SHIPMENT DETAILS
The official place for collecting of the Competition beer: Kaunakiemio g. 2, Kaunas, Lithuania (While sending the beer please provide to section with „For Homebrewers competition“).
Any unused beer and/or containers will not be returned.
IMPORTANT DATES AND DEADLINES

Beer registration for the Competition: between March 14th and April 16th.
Note: if it is decided to limit the number of Competition beers for any of the categories – then no later than April 16th.
The beer shall be submitted between April 16-23th.
The Competition registration fee shall be paid by April 16th at the latest.
Announcing of the sub-category winners: on May 12th.
Awards of category winners: on May 13th.
Award of the Cup Winner: on May 12th.
Category winners and Cup Winner celebration ceremony: on May 13th, 6 p.m.

PUBLICATION OF THE RESULTS
All results of the finals will be published – by indicating the beer makers, beers, points awarded, and places in the Finals.
For the categories, only prize-winners data will be published, other results will be published without personal data (only beer number, points collected, and place).
