We would like to invite you to special IPA beer event „All IPA long“.
Lithuanian Homebrewers cup is organizing a competition for homebrewers (they can be from any country). The event will take place in Alaus Biblioteka, Vilnius, on 29th of September. The first part of the event will be dedicated to beer judging and the second part for having a great time with IPA styles.
Beer judges are from various pubs, restaurants, HoReCa, brewers and homebrewers, beergeeks and etc.
Main parts of the event:
13:30–16:00 Judging.
17:00 Beer Library opens the door.
17:30 Winners get their prizes and party goes on.
Rules of the Competition:
1. Only non-commercial brewers (“home/hobby-brewers“) and/or their groups can participate in the Competition. The brewer must be not younger than 20 years old.
2. Beer eligibility The beer for the Competition shall be brewed (made) by the participant personally, or as a group (for groups of participants).
3. Beer style for the competition can be only IPA and all variations of IPA (Sour IPA, Double IPA, Black IPA, New England IPA and etc.)
4. Beer must be registered in Google forms system https://goo.gl/forms/6Q4sm98q2OKW0eH13 not later than 22nd September, 2018.
5. Registration fee for each provided beer to the Competition is 3 Eur. Fee must be payed not later than 22nd September, 2018. Recipient - VšĮ „Aludarių taurė“, acc no – LT83 7300 0101 3586 8305.
6. Containers: 0.5-0.568 litre bottles -max. diameter 70 mm, height 270 mm or 0.33 litre bottles. Quantity: At least in three but not more than four 0.5-0.568 litre bottles, or at least in six but no more than eight 0.33 litre bottles.
7. Each bottle must be labeled. After registration in Google forms system you will get a special label by your provided e-mail.
8. Only beer deliverd from 20th to 27th September will be judged in the competition. Beer for the competition can be delivered to Alaus biblioteka, Trakų str. 4, Vilnius, from Tuesday to Saturday 17:00–24:00 or Savas alus, Antakalnio str. 83-1A, Vilnius, from Monday to Friday 9:30–18:00, on Saturday from 10:00 to 14:00.
9. Any unused beer and/or containers will not be returned.
10. The beer will be judged on 29th of September. There will be used special cards for each beer. After the competition all cards will be scanned and each participant will get a possibility to download it.
11. Awards of winners will start at 17:30 on the judging day.
12. Results of the finals will be published on the website www.aludariutaure.lt – by indicating the brewers, beers, points awarded and places.
