Welcome to TCBW!
Tallinn Craft Beer Weekend is Estonia’s first International craft beer event organized by Põhjala Brewery. It will take place on March 27-28, 2015 in central Tallinn at the Telliskivi Creative area – the bohemian part of town. The festival venue address is Telliskivi 57 and it's surrounded by several beer bars and restaurants and is widely regarded as the creative hub of Tallinn.
The lineup includes the best of Baltic craft breweries and several throughout Europe and the US. The total number of breweries will be around 15-20.
The festival will be an event for beer loves and connoisseurs. Forget about the 2-litre mugs and Oktoberfest-style binge drinking! TCBW will feature serving sizes of 100 ml and each brewery will be bringing between 6-8 beers. So there will be close to 100 different world class beers to taste over these 2 days. Admittance will be 600 people per session. We are expecting visitors from Estonia, Latvia, Finland, Sweden, Lithuania and Russia.
The festival will be held in cooperation with Tallinn Music Week (www.tallinnmusicweek.ee) – the biggest showcase festival of the Nordic-Baltic region and one of The Guardian’s choices of best events for the winter break. The festival gives young bands a chance to showcase their music to industry professionals all over the world. There will be 280 bands and 800 delegates in total, plus thousands of visitors from the neighbouring countries.
TCBW will be hosting one of the stages and there will be two 30 min concerts on both days.
Trust us – it’s going to be awesome!
Tickets are 50 €/day and 85€ for two days, including a festival glass and all the beers inside.
