Sanāk, ka 3l ūdens saber iesalu, 50min tur nosegtu ar segu (vai arī silda uz uguns), tad uz 10min paceļ t līdz 72C, tad uz 10min līdz 76C. Nolej misu un iesalu (jeb kā to tagad sauc) pārskalo ar 5l ūdens. Tas kopumā dod 8l misas, bet,,boil size' ir norādīts 7l ...
